Deep Fried Ice Cream Recipe

MMm.. fried ice cream!! Ok.. it’s not really fried.. but SUPER yummy and WAY easier!!  “Deep Fried” Ice Cream Serves 4 Ingredients 1 pint of Vanilla Ice Cream 1 cup of cereal (Cinnamon Toast Crunch or Cinnamon Chex for gluten free) 4 tablespoons honey Instructions: Scoop out 1/2 cup of ice cream for each “fried Ice Cream”.  Roll each into a ball.  Roll into cereal.  Freeze until ready or eat or eat immediately. This slow cooked Chipotle Chicken recipe is super simple. Use it for taco salad (like I did), for tacos, sandwiches with pepper jack cheese, enchilada filling… endless possibilities.
