I have always liked Fresh & Easy. I like that you can get in and out in a flash and they have lots of products that have no high fructose corn syrup. It so EASY to shop there!
They also offer great coupons like this $4 off a $20 purchase (exp. 7/7/13) with you can pair with their friends program, cents of coupons they send through their emails, weekly sales and even their daily markdowns they offer. This means you can quickly grab all the grocery deals you need.
I set off to spend a $50 giftcard provided to me by Fresh & Easy to make a yummy BBQ meal for me family. I printed my $4 off $20 purchase coupon (you can get one, too), custom coupons they sent to my email and a Friday Freebie Coupon that was a free bag of Sunshine Salad.
I actually was not completely sure what my bbq meal was going to end up being before we (my mom and I) got there. But I grabbed my salad and started seeing a bunch of other great produce, like grape tomatoes, avocado and some markdown mini peppers that would make a great Southwestern Salad.. so I went with that!! I found some markdown ground beef which was a great price (regular price is good too), so burgers it was!
With all my coupons and sale items I felt like I got SO much for my $50.. it ended up being a bit over $53 and I had a cartful, including meat, produce, salsa, cereal, cheese and other great items.
Check out my recipes for my Southwest “Sunshine” Salad and Dressing below, I hope you try it and enjoy as well. I served it with BBQ burgers with provolone cheese (but pepper jack would be great to complete the southwestern feel). It was a super easy meal!
