Ingredients

  • 4 12 inch flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup canned or homemade enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup cooked black beans

  • 2 cups of Kraft Natural Shreds- I used Mexican Style Cheddar Jack
  • Optional Toppings- sliced avocado, chopped cilantro, chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (if using a pizza stone, place in oven at this time)

  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes
  4. Turn broiler on high and broil for 2-3 minutes to brown cheese
  5. Remove from oven to cool for 4-5 minutes
  6. Top with your favorite toppings
