Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups First Street walnut pieces
- Salt, to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon bottled hot pepper sauce
- 6 cups unseasoned popped corn
- 1/4 cup First Street melted butter
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1-1/2 cups raisins
- 2 cups First Street mini pretzels
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F
- In large bowl combine popcorn and walnuts.
- In a small bowl mix butter, curry powder and hot pepper sauce then drizzle over popcorn mixture ( I like to drizzle about 1 tablespoon at a time and sprinkle with salt, so the butter helps it stick)
- Toss after each drizzle and salt to coat evenly.
- Pour mixture into to a large roasting pan
- Bake in 300°F oven 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven. Cool completely. Store in airtight container.
- Mix in raisins and mini pretzels before serving.
