March 26, 2014 by jlpenner 2 Comments

This post brought to you by Walmart. All opinions are 100% mine.

Easter is coming and what is your family doing to celebrate?  Are you doing something new?  Do you have any Easter Traditions?  Do you dye eggs the night before?  Attend church as a family on Easter morning?

Ore-Ida® Hash Browns, Potatoes O’Brien and Diced Hash Brown Potatoes, available at Walmart, have you covered this year for your Easter breakfast, brunch or lunch.  And to make it even better you can even grab a coupon for savings on these Ore-Ida® products.

Seriously, they make it TOO easy.  You could enjoy a Cheesy Potato Casserole or a delicious Hash Brown Easter recipe to complement all of your traditional dishes.

I love getting together will my mom and her husband for either Easter brunch or Lunch.  It is so fun to enjoy or traditional dishes like ham and deviled eggs.  This year a perfect paring with our standard recipes would be the Breakfast O’Briens.  This recipe is simple, gluten free and only has a few ingredients.  Not to mention that it is delicious.

Head on over to and check out all the great recipes like Amazing Muffin Cups (perfect for an Easter Crowd) and Cheesy Bacon Hash Brown Bake.

Breakfast O’Briens

  • 1 Bag Ore-Ida® Potatoes O’Brien
  • 1 Tablespoon Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 1/4 Teaspoons Sea Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dill Weed Dried

Directions

  1. Preheat 12-inch skillet on medium.
  2. Mix together all ingredients in a separate bowl.
  3. Add mixture to pre-heated skillet, cook uncovered, stirring frequently for 12-14 minutes.

Easy, right?  And easy is great when you are preparing a bunch of dishes for family and friends.  Let me know if you might serve Breakfast O’Briens at your Easter table this year.
