I love getting together will my mom and her husband for either Easter brunch or Lunch. It is so fun to enjoy or traditional dishes like ham and deviled eggs. This year a perfect paring with our standard recipes would be the Breakfast O’Briens. This recipe is simple, gluten free and only has a few ingredients. Not to mention that it is delicious.

Breakfast O’Briens
Ingredients
- 1 Bag Ore-Ida® Potatoes O’Brien
- 1 Tablespoon Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 1/4 Teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Dill Weed Dried
Directions
- Preheat 12-inch skillet on medium.
- Mix together all ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Add mixture to pre-heated skillet, cook uncovered, stirring frequently for 12-14 minutes.
