This post brought to you by Walmart. All opinions are 100% mine.

Have you ever had a scary health moment with your kid?  I have.  When my oldest was 4 and she had only been living with us for a few months (as she was adopted from fostercare) when we went to a pool party.  Nearing the end she started screaming in pain, her head was hurting so bad. The pain continued as did vomiting through that night.  My first thought was that it was a migraine but we were not told of any migraines and this a rare at 4.

It was a migraine and she ended up having it for 7 days.  During that time we had to take her to the hospital for testing (checking for brain tumors and such).  This was terrifying.  It ended up that she simply gets migraines and since I discovered that she has a chorine allergy and the pool play triggered it.

I can’t imagine what it may be like to be a parent and get the news that a health issue your child is experiencing is something more, and life threatening. This month (June 2014) Pampers® has partnered with Walmart to make a donation for $200,000 to the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. They are  a non-profit organization that helps increase awareness of children’s health issues and works to improve children’s health through their fundraising for children’s hospitals and medical research.

If you still have children in diapers you can get the Pampers® Huge Box available online at Walmart. They contain 100 diapers and are available in a variety of sizes. As busy moms, stocking up AND saving money is always a good thing!

So head out, grab a Pampers® Huge Box and support the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Because
A heartbeat this small needs a Huge Box that makes a difference.
