The Ultimate Guide to Living Within Your Means

April 20, 2016 by jlpenner 4 Comments

Yep, the thought of budgeting stinks. We all have dreams and saving money just seems to suck the life out of them.

It’s easy to way thing now, waiting is not easy. We have so many household project that were not able to happen over the last 8 years while we paid off $80,000 in debt. The back yard is a mess, the kitchen could use and update, my husband would love a new bike.

All that said and we were recently able to afford some of our flooring (we have concrete floors in our home for 8 years, and not the fancy stained kind if you catch my drift..), we also are able to really start focusing on retirement savings. These are awesome things that I am very grateful for.

Living with in your means does not need to mean suffering within your means. You can do it without all that drama and actually enjoy the ride. Below are over…. tips to help you THRIVE within your means. Not all of them will work for everyone, but I am sure you will find a few that will work for you.
