Continuing our series on Healthy Food for Halloween today I have some Chocolate Banana Eye Pops.
These do have a bit of chocolate on them (and you could use dark chocolate or simply leave it off all together) but overall they are a healthier, fun treat for Halloween.
I love how these little pumpkins turned out. They were just ones I found at the dollar store, but you could also use real ones, gourds, large apples or just pop the sticks into some craft foam.
These do need to be eaten right after being taken out of your freezer. Since they are small they do defrost fairly quickly. But I doubt you will have a problem with your little monsters gobbling them up.
Make sure for the smoothest chocolate results use my DIY Magic Shell recipe.
If you don’t have Popsicle sticks grab them here.
