Today’s Frugal Tip- Try Driving Slower

October 31, 2013 by jlpenner Leave a Comment

Yes- this is a hard one sometimes, but did you know for every 10 mph slower you drive it increases your vehicle’s  fuel economy by about 4 mpg- and that adds up!!

Everything I read said you get the best gas mileage by drive 55 mph.. but I don’t now if I can swing that one 🙂 But with gas over $4 a gallon here I may just have too!!

If you have a frugal tip email it to FFD. We would love to share it.
