Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups First Street walnut pieces
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon bottled hot pepper sauce
  • 6 cups unseasoned popped corn
  • 1/4 cup First Street melted butter
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F
  2. In large bowl combine popcorn and walnuts.
  3. In a small bowl mix butter, curry powder and hot pepper sauce then drizzle over popcorn mixture ( I like to drizzle about 1 tablespoon at a time and sprinkle with salt, so the butter helps it stick)
  4. Toss after each drizzle and salt to coat evenly.
  5. Pour mixture into to a large roasting pan
  6. Bake in 300°F oven 30 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven. Cool completely. Store in airtight container.
