100daystoreIf you use coupons regularly you are probably not brand loyal.  But sometimes we still avoid the generic brands.

I personally think this is a mistake.  Many over the counter medications have the same medicine in the generic as the name brand, and are 1/2 the price.

Often even store brands are made at the same facilities as the name brand and are essentially the same product with a different label.  I would encourage you to try generic or store brand products and see what you think.  By including the store brands in your choices it opens up more product options that can lower your grocery bill.

And a lower grocery bill throughout the year means more money to put aside for the holidays.
